During Microsoft's annual Ignite conference for developers and IT pros, which ended last week, Microsoft revealed that its mobile Office Suite has been downloaded more than 1.5 billion times by iOS and Android users.
During the conference, Microsoft said that it will focus on the iOS and Android versions of the mobile Office apps and plans on making sure that they have the same exact features as the desktop versions of the apps.
Other new features on the way include one that turns your phone into a laser pointer during a Powerpoint presentation. Soon, mobile Office users will be able to share documents more easily, and co-author documents in real-time.
