- Download Nokia Care Suite (search Google)
- Install, open the Product Support Tool For Store and click Tools > Firmware Download.
- Find the product code for your device using the following link: hub.djsmobiles.com/nokia/phones/windows-phone/product-codes
- Download and install your update
